Camping as a Family of Four

"Dad, were you too busy watching the deer to wash my face?"

This past weekend my Aunt Marsha and cousin Cody came to visit from Central Minnesota.  Cody is starting college this fall in Rexburg, Idaho, and somehow they thought Washington was on the way.  We didn't complain one bit!

We decided to take a camping/mountain biking/four wheeling trip to the Blue Mountains of Northeastern Oregon.  This marked the first time we have camped as a family of four.  The night was long, but we all made it through!  Cody and I explored a great mountain biking trail.  Scott, Cody, and Marsha went four wheeling.  We all enjoyed s'mores, a campfire, and each other's company.  It was a great trip, and I can't wait to do it again soon!

It's all about staying warm:  diaper, onesie, pajamas, more pajamas, hoodie, and wool socks for good measure!
